About the Role
As a manager, your main task are:
Ensuring the café is running smoothly, by ordering inventory.
Support and guide the team, helping baristas and assistants grow their skills.
Make sure coffee and service meet our high standards.
Help with scheduling, keeping track of stock, and daily tasks.
Assist customers and make sure everyone feels welcome.
Encourage learning and teamwork within the café.
Requirements
Speaks Greenlandic and English
Friendly and welcoming personality
Good team player with strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide the team
Desire to learn about coffee and develop barista skills
Can start training immediately with support from the assistant manager and outgoing manager
