COLLABORATORS

KAFFIVIK is committed to being part of various initiatives and collaborations because we believe in supporting diverse efforts. As a small company, KAFFIVIK does its best to support initiatives within its capacity.

Yellow September

Every September, KAFFIVIK collaborates with PAARISA to raise awareness about suicide prevention by offering free yellow ribbons to guests and placing stickers on takeaway cups. The stickers carry the message “It’s okay to ask for help” along with

a helpline phone number and website, providing immediate support information.

This initiative is a small but meaningful way to spark conversation, show support, and remind our community that no one is alone. We believe in using our space not just for coffee, but also for care, connection, and awareness.

Greenland Craftworks

Kaffivik proudly uses locally brewed gin and vodka from Narsaq Q Distillery. We include their gin and vodka in our alcoholic drinks. The spirits are distilled and bottled by Greenland Craftworks. We believe in supporting local producers.

Café Tchololo

Kaffivik collaborated with Café Tchololo to translate the children’s book LOS CAFETALES — a story about the life of a young Colombian countryman growing coffee. The translation was done by former Kaffivik barista Francisca Kleist, and the book is now available at Kaffivik to teach not only children but also adults about the journey of coffee.

ALLU

ALLU is the association representing staff members, and we’re proud to partner with them. Thanks to this collaboration, ALLU members enjoy a special discount on our coffee beans at Kaffivik. It’s our way of supporting those who work hard and appreciate great coffee!
